End-User License Agreement
1. About this agreement
This agreement covers the use of Atlas Finance (the “App”), software operated by C Systems USA LLC, doing business as “C Systems” (“C Systems”, “we”). By using the App you agree to this agreement.
2. A private, internal application
The App is an internal tool. It is used only by C Systems and by the staff and accountants C Systems invites. It is not offered, sold or licensed to the public or to other companies. No one may use it without an invitation from C Systems.
3. License
While C Systems authorizes you, it grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for C Systems’ own business purposes. All other rights are reserved. You may not copy, share, resell or reverse-engineer the App, give your access to anyone else, or try to get around its security controls.
4. QuickBooks Online connection
The App connects to C Systems’ own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s OAuth sign-in. It requests the QuickBooks Accounting scope only and does not use payments features. It reads and writes C Systems’ own accounting records, such as accounts, vendors, classes, transactions and journal entries, to keep the books in sync with C Systems’ bank, card and Bill.com data.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The App is not made, endorsed or supported by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks itself is governed by Intuit’s own terms.
5. Data
The data in the App belongs to C Systems. Accounting records remain in C Systems’ QuickBooks company. How the App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Ending access
C Systems may suspend or end any user’s access at any time. C Systems may disconnect the App from QuickBooks at any time, either in the App or from QuickBooks. When it does, the App’s access tokens are revoked and removed. Records already in QuickBooks stay in QuickBooks.
7. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Records the App creates should be reviewed in the normal course of bookkeeping. The App does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, C Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
C Systems may update this agreement. The effective date above shows the current version.
